On a better side of the story so far, we have got 600+ facebook fans (thank you).  The queries that you're sending daily through our Facebook page is a tremendous source of inspiration for us.

Despite the +ive factors, we're short on delivering on the promise (that) we have made a year back. Yes, honestly, we are passing through our hardest time ever to fulfill all the requirements on a daily basis. Money being the cruelest among all the stimulus, we have cut the expenses down to the least possible level.

The Story So Far...

New Hopes, new horizons... and in a capital city like Guwahati, such a hope starts with a new (actually old) kind of search. A search for shelter, the one of the basic human needs.

Guwahati, being the center-point, commercial hub and gateway to North-Eastern India, interests to a thousands of people every year to migrate to, either temporarily or permanently.

In both the cases, involving majority of students, job-seekers and job holders, Guwahati gets searched in & out for properties, rented houses, hostels and paying guest facilities etc. Being dominated majorly by students and job seekers, the thrust is mostly concentrated on rented houses. 

But in a place like Guwahati, with a population of 1,498,659, it is NOT that easy to find a rent house of your choice. 

Factors like rent, locality, nature of the landlord, legal side associated etc. create major road-blocks.

So, we tried to solve out this problem. We tried to help everyone quickly finding a suitable rented house within their own set parameters and that also without involving the middle men or the property-dealers. 

In this quest, we founded this small endeavor BharaGhar.com to help every single person looking for a suitable rented house (bhara-ghar) in Guwahati.

Last year, on the same day we incorporated this idea through popular social networking site Facebook with a dedicated page https://www.facebook.com/Bharaghar and to amaze us all, we got a superb response through this page.

But to add, we went through our own ups and downs as a start-up. Though we were successful in acquiring the domain BharaGhar.com, yet the creation of the DBMS and the proper hosting is still a few miles away. There are certain issues ranging from staff to legalities associated. And we are again all set to make the come back.
